CloudAgents Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 12, 2026
CloudAgents is a product developed and operated by 12783185 Canada Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use CloudAgent's hosted OpenClaw agent instance and related services (collectively, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. What information do we collect?
A. Summary
We collect information to provision and operate your hosted OpenClaw agent instance, authenticate requests (including via wallet signatures and SSH keys), provide the Wayfinder Data API Key service (if you choose to use it), support users, secure the Services, and improve reliability.
B. Learn More
The information we collect depends on how you use CloudAgents. You may decline to provide certain information, but some information is necessary to provision your instance or provide key features.
Information you provide to us may include:
  • Email address (for account creation, verification, and service communications).
  • Digital wallet address and wallet-signed authentication data (used to sign in and authorize certain actions).
  • Support communications (messages you send to us, including tickets and emails).
  • Payment and billing details (processed by our payment processors; we typically receive limited billing metadata such as plan, status, and transaction identifiers).
Information we collect automatically may include:
  • Device and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, pages/feature usage, timestamps, referring URLs).
  • Security and integrity data (e.g., authentication events, rate- limiting signals, suspected abuse indicators).
  • Cookies and similar identifiers (see Section 5).
Information related to your hosted OpenClaw agent instance may include:
  • Your SSH public key (used to allow access to your provisioned environment).
  • Instance metadata (e.g., instance ID, region, plan tier, resource usage and quota information, status/health signals).
  • Service logs generated by the infrastructure running your instance (e.g., provisioning logs, system health logs, API request logs).
Wayfinder Data API Key information may include:
  • API key identifiers and associated access controls (created after wallet sign-in and email verification).
  • API request metadata (e.g., endpoint called, timestamp, response status, and quota usage).
  • For clarity: the open-source OpenClaw agent can be used without our API key if modified; our key is offered for convenience and supported configuration.
Important note on blockchain data: Public blockchain data (such as wallet addresses and on-chain transactions) may be publicly visible independent of CloudAgent. Our Services may index or present such data, but we do not control public blockchain visibility.
2. What do we use your information for?
A. Summary
We use personal information to operate and secure the Services, provision and maintain your hosted instance, provide the Wayfinder Data API Key and quota management, provide customer support, communicate with you, and improve the Services. We may also send marketing communications, which you can opt out of.
B. Learn More
Examples of how we use information include:
  • Provisioning and operating your hosted OpenClaw agent instance (including installs, updates, uptime monitoring, and backups where applicable).
  • Authenticating access and requests (e.g., SSH key access; wallet-signed requests to our minimal HTTPS API).
  • Issuing, managing, and securing the Wayfinder Data API Key, including enforcing quotas and preventing abuse.
  • Providing technical support and responding to inquiries.
  • Improving performance, reliability, and security (including debugging, incident response, and fraud/abuse detection).
  • Communicating with you about your account, service changes, security notices, and support tickets.
  • Internal analytics and business operations, including aggregate reporting.
  • Marketing communications (subject to your preferences and applicable law).
3. How do we protect your information?
We implement organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege permissions, monitoring, and security testing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If a security incident occurs that affects your personal information, we will act promptly to mitigate risks and notify you when required by applicable law.
4. How do we ensure that our processing systems remain confidential, resilient, and available?
A. Summary
We use measures intended to keep our Services reliable and secure, including high-availability practices, business continuity planning, disaster recovery processes, and physical and logical access controls. We may conduct security testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
5. Do we use cookies?
A. Summary
Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, help authenticate sessions, understand usage, and improve the Services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
B. Learn More
We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar identifiers for functional purposes (e.g., session management), analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, cookie banners or preference tools.
6. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
A. Summary
We disclose personal information with your consent, or as necessary to provide the Services. We may share information with service providers (such as hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processors), affiliates, and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell your personal information.
B. Learn More
We may share information with:
  • Service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, monitoring, logging, email delivery, customer support tools, payment processors).
  • Affiliates or related entities that support the Services.
  • Professional advisors (e.g., legal, accounting) as necessary.
  • Authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, or others.
  • Parties to a corporate transaction (e.g., financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets).
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and business purposes.
7. How to access and control your personal data
A. Summary
You may be able to access, update, or delete certain information through your account settings. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. You can also request a copy of, or deletion of, certain personal information by contacting us.
B. Learn More

8. Third-party links
Our websites or Services may include links to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
9. Where we store and process personal data; international transfers
Personal data may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to help ensure personal data is processed according to this Policy and applicable law. Where required, we use contractual and other safeguards intended to protect personal data during international transfers.
10. Data retention
A. Summary
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the Services. You can request account closure and deletion, subject to exceptions.
B. Learn More
Retention periods vary based on the type of data and purpose. For example, we may retain: (i) account and billing records for legal or tax requirements; (ii) security logs for a limited period to detect abuse and maintain integrity; and (iii) support communications as needed to resolve issues and improve support.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we post changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., within the Services or by email) where required.
12. California resident rights (if applicable)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of certain personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable law.
